bmpcc og (original) does not display the image on the extern

The camera does not output the image to an external monitor. hdmi port works, on the recorder shows the image, but on other monitors do not. the service said, you need to customize the camera, but I tried everything, nothing works. no one knows what settings need to change in order to display the image on an external monitor. i really like this camera, I want it to work to the maximum. thank you all).
