blackmagic camera settings question

Hi running latest app on iphone SE 2gen.
When shooting at HD, the H264 codec apparently doesn't allow anything beyond 24FPS ?
I would like 30 FPS, is it possible ?

If you just tap on the "FPS", you can't move the slider any further?
If so, it might be a limitation of your hardware, like processing power.

i don't have a FPS slider in the settings, just the selection of the codec, H265 or HEVC, the quality and Mbps.
Where can i find that slider ?

Tap the value of fps.

There are several YouTube tutorials on the Blackmagic Camera app that walk through the features. You might find it useful to check out one or two of them. The more recent ones will be the most up to date.
