Soud recording problems with iOS Black Magic app

I have noticed 2 problems with the sound on iOS Black Magic app (when I read the videos):
- first, when I change lens during shooting, I get a "crack" sound,
- and then, when shooting an interview by instance, the sound is good then, after a few second, it sudenly drops.
I shoot with an iPhone 15 ProMax, iOS always updated
Any idea ? Thanks
