Recording h264 videos direct to ssd with iPhone 15 pro issue

Could you help me, plz, solving the problem with codec on iPhone 15? I know, that the standard apple camera application does not allow you to record files directly to SSD in a different codec, other than prores - so the question is - does the Blackmagic Cam application bypass this limitation and allows you to record videos directly to the SSD with the h.264 codec, or is it still impossible to do it?

Yes, the current version of the Blackmagic app can record h264, h265, and ProRes to an external SSD.

Yes, the current version of the Blackmagic app can record h264, h265, and ProRes to an external SSD.
