Cool. One issue I had was the slight jump cut at the beginning when you go from WS of the actor at the window to MS. Normally the angle has to be at least 30 degrees different so it won't look jarring. Another way you could have cheated it would be to do the cut on movement just as he turns.

karimmeg,
I disagree with Costa regarding the cut from wide to MCU. There is no "requirement" that the angle change at least 30 degrees. You can do a direct cut that only changes size as long as the size changes significantly enough. If you had gone from your wide shot (head to knees) and then gone slightly tighter (head to hips), it would have felt like a jump cut. You had a very big size change, so the cut works fine.
Keep shooting. It looks great.

I agree no hard and fast rule and you can cheat anything. It's just what I was told at uni. Plus, I showed your video to my friend and he really liked it and didn't notice.
Also if you wiki 30-degree rule you'll see some info there.

I am no pro:) I wouldn't listen to me, but you CAN see information on the 30 degree rule online! Many directors have broken rules before and have gotten away with it! I'm looking at you Mr. Christopher Nolan:)
And don't worry about your English! I understand you just fine:)

to breake rules, one normaly has to be famous. A normal producers opting for you to make a movie wont allow you to breake those rules, since you might be new, and he wants a normal and standard project.
That is unless you have discussed with him first about what you want to to, but as your first assignments, he wont let you brake the rules, since he doesnt know you well, and doesnt know if what you will create, will sell.
Its ok if you experiment with your own money, but if you were to brake rules, and your name isnt big enough then you might be in a pickle.
Anyway, the films looked nice, altough i didnt get the last one, as in why he commited suicide, nor maybe what that man was doing in the apartment, except killing people. But if you wanted some atmoshphere, you created some and it was all ok.

today i have to learn while shooting and when i put video on forum like this, that why i follow people's advices and stuff like this.
