Not sure if it's just me but no matter how high or low on the handle I put the rod mount and how tight I try to lock it there is still enough flex and movement in it that I can't use it for a follow focus motor.

Is everyone else having the same issue, is there a trick to it, or is my copy just a bit crap?

Hi, My rods are very secure. I did take me a miniute (or ten) to realize that all of the twist levers are pull spring ratcheting. Where is the flex/movement originating? Are your rods not securing well in the mount or somthing else? What rods are you using? Please post a pic if possible.

I haven’t had that problem at all when attached to the pyxis. I use 8” 15mm rods.

Are these carbon fiber rods that are slipping?

I've just tightened the TORX bolts on the rod holder part and that has sorted it.
