I did some tests with the BMCC 6k and the Sigma 24-70 DG DN II L-mount lens. This update is really phenomenal. One problem I found is that it is impossible to use the autofocus at an aperture smaller than f4.4.
Sometimes the autofocus square disappears and I have to press the icon to turn it off and on again, so it reappears. This happens in all modes, AFC, Object mode and Face mode.

Thanks for the tip. I usually shoot at T5.6, with a 1600 ISO, but I used to shoot at T4. Looks like I need to settle on T4 with a 800 ISO. I’ll try that to get into the habit of using a larger aperture.

I really like filming with the viewfinder and unfortunately it is not yet possible with this update, the autofocus marking square does not appear in the viewfinder.
Maybe in the next update.

Having lots of autofocus issues with the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 lens -- anyone else? It can always find the face but often is not able to find the focus.

The lens I've been testing is the Sigma 24-70 DG DN II L-mount. I was able to work with face detection only with the aperture f5.6 and above, below that it's still not viable.

The auto tracking works at f2.8 using this lens on my camera.

After 9.5 beta update, I have no issues with my Angelbird CFExpress AV PRO SE 1TB memory card, the camera sees and records to it.
The AF works well with 2 lenses I have tried so far, Canon 70-200 EF L and the Canon 24mm f 1.4 II L lens. I'm using the Sigma MC-21 EF-L adapter. It also focuses well with the EF 400mm F5.6 L lens and the same adapter. Max aperture reads F 5.9 on the screen, and a visual check shows it is wide open. Lenses work normally on Canon bodies.
AF really wasn't usable before and I was considering selling the CC6K and going to a different brand.
To bring up the AF menu is a bit finicky so far. Likely is due to user error.
Still having an issue with the maximum aperture, for example, instead of getting f 1.4 it reads f 1.45 and is slightly stopped down to that setting. Same issue with the Viltrox adapter.

This firmware has been confirmed by Blackmagic to work with L-mount lenses. Adapters may work but with many limitations. Let's see if this can change in the future.
I don't use CFexpress, it still recorded with my SSD but good to know that this problem exists in this firmware. Has anyone tested any other brand other than Angelbird?
Could the problem be with the brand or 1TB cards?
