Grid 5 Loupe

Anyone using the Grid 5 Loupe for BMCC or the 4K?

It didn't work well for me.

The mount liked to fall off (it just sticks on). No diopter meant that it was all a blur for me as it was tuned for one particular set of eyes. It really should've just not had a magnifying glass in there at all, it's way too much for a 5" low res screen.

I've made the decision to invest in a proper EVF like the alphatron for the new rig I'm building.

No, but in many situations this alternative LCD hood works fine for me. YMMV. See:
