Touchscreen of BMPCC6K partially unresponsive

I’m based in Brisbane, QLD Australia.
My B-Cam’s touchscreen has become partially unresponsive, meaning I can use the top section of the screen but the lower 2/3rds is unresponsive so I cannot select HDMI when on the Monitor tab to adjust settings.
Firmware up to date last I checked and bit concerned.
How can I get this sorted.
