From what I understand the Blackmagic Camera app can only record videos. It would be amazing for it to also take pictures. Two main reasons:
- There is no free app for taking pictures that gives a comparable level of control
- Being able to do all tasks in one app simplifies every workflow that requires videos and pictures
I know that adding a picture mode comes with a lot of complexity but I think it would be worth the effort.
