12K Cine Camera at 4K 12:1

Sorry if this has already been posted, I could not find anything in the search.
Just curious if there is any option on the 12K Cine or upcoming Pyxis 12K for there to be a 12:1 or 8:1 compression for 4K?
If not is it due to a quality issue?
