Yeah so I don't know how that can even happen, but the V-Mount Battery Plate for the URSA Cine 12K comes with screws that are way too short and don't even reach the camera.

For people in Canada, here's what has worked for me (found on Amazon.ca) :

For the people at BMD, this should NOT have ever happened to a premium camera!

Contact support they can sort it out.
