Cine 12k can't calibrate sensor

PostSat Jun 07, 2025 12:10 pm

On my Cine 12k, I have 3 dead pixels.
For other BM cameras, we can calibrate image sensor to remove this dead pixel (on pyxis, on pocket 6k for example) but on the cine 12k there are no option for calibrate sensor. Why ?
I know that I can remove dead pixels with resolve but it's easier if this is done directly in camera.

Update your camera to the latest software and you can on Cine 12K.

You will need to put a cap on the front when you run it and sit tight for a minute or so while it runs the calibration and there is a bug at present where the animation disappears before the process is finished but the camera will give you a prompt when the process is finished and you should be good to shoot without any bad pixels after that.

Thanks Tim.
This is done and now, I can calibrate the sensor (my soft version was 9.2.2 instead of 9.3.1 which is last version).
