Yes the fast ones can go much higher than 60p and CFast cards are your best option for these types of recording. CFast cards on our list of cards 'recommended for high frame rate recording at 4.6K in Blackmagic RAW' in the URSA Mini Manual on page 17 have been tested for at Blackmagic RAW 8:1 up to 120p so rates over 60p shouldn't be a problem.
At 4.6K we can hit 120. At 4K DCI you will be able to hit 150 in Blackmagic RAW and once you get to 2K DCI you will be able hit 300. As it is data-rate dependant, when your card gets to the edge of its limits you can always trade-off between resolution, frame rate and compression depending on which is most important for the content you are shooting.
