Hi, I can't upload my funny little avatar to my profile. I can't get it small enough. 90x90 with 6kb??? The smallest fiel size I can offer is 26.3kb. Any ideas?

Import the 26.3kb and export again.

In photoshop, use save for web, instead of the normal save process

I use gravatar.com. Simple and easy.
