Hey Dhiraj,

I believe that lens needs an active mount in order to power it. The BMCC does not have an active MFT mount.

Most Panny and Oly MFT lenses are focus by wire, not true manual focus, so they will not work without power from the MFT mount, which the BMCC does Not provide, as their are no electrical connections between the mount and camera to power the lens. You,are, also not going to get any way to change the f/stops on these lenses.

The BMCC MFT mount was designed for use with adapters and manual lenses, not for using MFT lenses.

Just about any full manual lens ever made via an adapter. I know nothing about MFT lenses but if you can find one that is full manual it will work.

The two Olympus Four Thirds f/2.0 zooms have a manual focus and does the new Olympus 12-40mm PRO 2.8f lens, which has a manual focus clutch, which does not require an active mount to focus, but does for Iris changes. As previously points out, you need to look at manual lenses and use the appropriate adapter. The Cinema camera MFT mount was Not designed to support MFT lenses.
