PC User needs help

Camera came a few hrs ago. whoopee

EXFAT formatted SSD doesn't register in Camera. Tried a couple times.
Downloaded Black Magic Camera Utility 1.1 and it says camera firmware is up to date.
Thought I read EXFAT was supported in latest firmware. Am I losing it? Hasn't it been released?

If the firmware isn't released, any chance I can get the beta software with EXFAT? I'll be glad to sign paperwork or whatever is needed.

Real pain in butt for me to find an OSX machine to use and I don't want to buy the utility as it won't be need very long and I don't like installed un-uneeded software on my production machines.

On Canon L 16-35 lens I can't seem to effect the iris. Pushing the iris button doesn't seem to do anything? Any suggestions?

EXFAT is going to be released with firmware 1.2.
It's still in beta. They haven't released it to the public.
1.1 (the current firmware) does not have EXFAT support so you're stuck until they release firmware v.1.2.

Not sure about your lenses electronics as I don't have my camera yet.
Check the current bmcc lens compatibility thread and see if it's listed on there.
