The word iris showed up but no numbers underneath. The camera wasn’t talking to the lenses at all. I shipped the camera back to BMD today. They said it was a bug and are going to repair/replace.

Anyone tried Canon's 85/1.4l IS lens on UMP, is it working fine?

Although we've got Ursa Broadcast (w/ its stock interchangeable B4 mount) here, is there a link for "favorited" lenses for this camera?

There is a discussion on B4 lenses on the Live Production forum, since the UB is in that category of cameras. My favorite for B4 is the Angenieux B4 HR zooms, I have the 8.5-160 HR zoom.

That said, I also have the PL mount for the UB, and like the 11-16 Duclos Tokina mod zoom, and my Angenieux 17.5-70 Zoom, both of which cover the Broadcast’s cameras sensor. Another favorite is the Canon S16 PL zoom. Fjuion also made a nice B4 Cine type Zoom (no servos) with a HD resolving power, that Rick L. uses on his UM 4.6 PL in 2K window (about same size area as the UB sensor).

Once you switch out the 1-stop light sucking B4 Mount for the PL mount, yiu have a S16 Cine csmera, with a lovely IQ that fits the format nicely. I use the B4 Mount and Angie zoom for live event coverage, but witch backmto the PL Cine for my personal projects and promo shots.

That said, you can also add a Canon EF mount to use some of the better Canon lenses.
Cheers

Are there any EF mount powerzoom lenses and does the URSA Mini Pro/Broadcast support setting zoom via LANC/Bluetooth like the BMPCC4K with MFT powerzooms?

Canon has two lenses with servo zooms for about $5,000. The CNE-18-80 T4.4 and CNE-70-200 T4.4.

Hi....In a solitary line yes there is one shading pixel out of 6 however take a gander at the following line. Additionally, each and every line will have all R, G and B pixel dissimilar to Bayer plan

Clearly at 12K more shading interjection occurs than some other plan.

However, as far as I might be concerned, Blackmagic Design went for 12K to accomplish something like how Sony managed its F35 sensor. Oversampling 12K to accomplish close to full RGB pixel-level information at lower goals.

That Sigma may not work well if it's one of those DC models.
I have tested that the original Sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 EX DC doesn't have a large enough image circle for any URSA Mini model. There is just too much vignetting. The lens was also designed for early 1st party DSLRs (EOS D30/60) so it does't appear very sharp by modern standards. Electrically it works fine, you could say better than on Canon because Canon's cameras can't figure out the crop.
