CinemaDNG MXF?
Posted: Thu Aug 30, 2012 11:23 amAs I understand it the CinemaDNG format has the scope to be wrapped within an MXF file. Is this something that BMD might look at? While image sequences can offer some advantages it would be easier to deal with individual clips in many cases.
Of course this would possibly add yet another hurdle to the post workflow as tools not only have to support the basic DNG encoding, but also the MXF carrier then.
