It common to make this selection in Resolve during post as you may need to make deliverables in each of the formats. Resolve also has preset guides for these with safe areas to help in pan and scan if needed.

I wont to sae that it well bi nice to have same setting for BMCC as ARRE ALEXA or RED has, when during the shutting, when i can set on the monitor, ont on the original footage the exact frame size, 2.33 for example, and already durin the shutting make my frame correct and not in post
