Cinema Camera EF software

Hi all,
I just bought a second hand Cinema Camera (2.5k) which I am very pleased with. It came with all required hardware including the Resolve dongle. No software disk was available. Looking online it seems that the original box would have come with the following software:

- DaVinci Resolve Studio (found the download)
- Blackmagic Camera Setup
- Blackmagic UltraScope
- Blackmagic Media Express
- Disk Speed Test

Where can I grab the above software to use with the camera. I am particurly interested in using Media Express and UltraScope for monitoring.

Media Express and UltraScope features are bundled with the Desktop Video software and no longer in the camera software package. You will need do download that separately from the URL below:

I have the same question regarding a Production Camera 4K. I followed the link and downloaded the Desktop Video 10.8.1 installer, but it does not seem to install anything related to monitoring the camera via thunderbolt. The Desktop Video Setup application does recognize the camera, but....
