I think it's about time to begin a new topic on this forum. We all like to watch a shot after shot to compare how the camera works in different situations, light conditions etc. but because BMCC is a cinema camera we should use it as cinema camera and tell some stories. So this is my manifesto to all who already have a BMCC, please give us a nice feature movies, docs. No matter is this a short story based on a simple script, a documentary feature about an uncle that repairs a bike or a low budget music video.
In my opinion, this tell more about camera than hundred clips of walls, buildings, dogs, cats etc.
It's not a attack or some kind of critic about stuff that we already can watch on this forum. I really appreciate the work of all those who give us a taste of what this first relatively cheap RAW camera on this planet can do. But i think that now is the time to use this camera and tell some damn good stories
