Well it looks like the BMCC has reached its EOL. Not a bad run for a 5 year old camera. Still a great camera and should last a few more years. Has there been any official announcement from BM concerning how much longer that they will be supporting these cameras?

No, but BM seems to keep supporting g them, they just had a firmware update for the BMPC. Continued support, but no new Production for these two cameras. The BMCC should be in a Modern Art Museum, a classic in design and function.
Time to say goodbye to the old cameras that started it all!
Cheers

Very cool, thanks John. I think the BM team earned the design award. Their work has been outstanding from the concept designs to the finished product.
Cheers
