EF Mount Adaptable PL lenses

Tried searching to see if anyone has covered this topic, but the search ignores "pl" and i don't feel like looking through over a thousand search results and after not seeing anything in the first 10 pages or so I called it good.

My question: What PL lenses can be adapted to fit the EF mount with just a simple adapter?
Like this:
http://www.adorama.com/CZPLEOS.html
or this:
http://fotodioxpro.com/index.php/arri-pl-lens-mount-to-canon-eos-camera-mount-fotodiox-pro-lens-mount-adapter.html

Figured why not start a list.

It all depends on the length the lens protrudes beyond its mount.

Most PL lenses are to long. On the BMCC you don't have to worry about a mirror but you still have the issue of the hole narrowing and so lenses with longer back ends won't work.

Based on what a Polish adaptor maker has published these PL should work (they claim their adaptor has been tested on these):

Angenieux Optimo 19.5-94mm
Angenieux Optimo 28-340mm
Angenieux Optimo 45-120mm
Ruby 14-24mm T2.8

I have one of these and it does work. It has to be a short flange PL mount.

Zeiss CP.2 family has an interchangeable back so you can have any mount adapter you like, including EF.

Optimo 16-40 on a Panavision adapter, I got from Rodney Charters (one of the few they didn't melt).

Thanks for the insight Frank, and to the OP. With the MFT delay, I figure I'd just hop on the original EF mount since they're off the shelf in some places in the US now, but given some of these issues, I guess I should wait for the MFT version again.
