Hi, just recieved my own BMCC on friday 29 of March, and have been running around today doing some environment tests.
So far im realy happy with it and i will post more of the tests as soon as they are after postproduction (as im very far away from any post computer cause of easter family gathering)

On wednesday, i will more likely be doing more inside studio tests at School, and we will see how far we can push the camera.

More info soon

thanks a lot Christoffer, most of the test post-production will be handled next week as im far away from any workstation atm.

Btw a question about the davinci dongle. I got a mac version of it, but im using primarly windows workstations... will it work on them or do i have to do a trade in?

thanks again

Mikolaj

Mikolaj, the dongle is good for both Mac and PC, as confirmed by Dwaine Maggart,
Blackmagic Design DaVinci Support. http://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3633

Pretty cool to have structured it this way.

Hi Mikołaj.

Where did you get your camera from and when did you ordered it?

EDITED: And what is that Rig that you are using? (I've seen it on FaceBook)
Is it Shape? If yes which model is it?

I'm still waiting for mine BMCC.

Thanks.

Thanks.

I was ordering mine in October at Cyfrowa Republica too and I will have to wait for it for a longer time.
Good to know that those are already here.

How much was it? More or less than 12 grands?

Have a nice time playing with it :-)

Congratulations on getting the Camera Mikolaj!

You guys should update your profiles so we can see where you are from :)

My wife is from Poland and my son's name is also Mikolaj :)

We are thinking about moving to Poland in a few years. What would be a good city to move to for film production work? (other than Wodz or Warszawa - I don't think my wife likes them).

that realy depends, since Lodz and Warsaw are crowded, maybe wroclaw, krakow, katowice or even Poznan as they are also like capitals.

and thanks for the info about the update, will do so straight away.

Cheers
