Looking into cases for keeping gear safe from elements and travel. I see pelican case has some good products.

Wondering if anyone has preferences on this?
Also thoughts on the cell foam in these cases, do they deteriorate and create problem making a mess of things?

Otherwise I do like the strength of the cases they make, the water tight seal, wheels and extendable pull handle.

Thanks in advance of your comments!

These cases are amazing! My BMCC sits in a Pelican 1510 with the padded dividers which I think is great especially since you can move the dividers if you slightly change your kit. Everything doesn't sit as 'cosy' as the foam but protects your gear by far!

This is the one I have:

I ordered the poor man's version of the case for BMCC and 3-4 lenses. Works really well so far, impressed with the quality for the price:

These have been discontinued, btw. I was also interested in the Lowepro Omni Pro Extreme but it was also discontinued and I couldn't find any for sale (missed one eBay option).

That said, this B & W International Type 90 Outdoor Case is really a deal compared to the prices I saw on the Lowepro. Good luck
