Hey guys,

I got a few systems running, one iMac with Thunderbolt (work) but my favored Mac Pro (home), as you all know, does not have Thunderbolt. Is there any preferred methods on transfer or workarounds you guys use to dump footage fast off SSDs if I want to dump footage at my home system (Mac Pro)? I have USB 2.0, but many expansion slots for 3.0.

Ugh, they need to announce a new Mac Pro soon!

How about a eSATA card paired with an eSATA dock?

Wow, that would work? I do have a eSata card I just popped in. Any suggestions on a stable hub? Thanks!

I'm stuck with a mid 2010 macbook pro... They had dropped E-sata and I got it right before Thunderbolt came out. At least I've got FW800.
Bummer!
