Canon LP-E6 Batteries

I bought an IKAN battery plate and adapted it to fit the BMCC. Did a couple of tests with and without the Canon battery plugged in.
You won't add much more than 10 minutes onto the life of the BMCC with these batteries.
The Sony NPF batteries may work differently, but they are also rated at 7 volts, much less than what is required.
Bite the bullet and buy a proper V-Lock battery.
The cheaper options won't help much.
