Hello,
I wonder if C mount lenses (With an adapter) will give a good result when shooting with a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera.

Thanks

It's pretty simple: If a particular C-mount lens was designed to cover a S16 size sensor, then it will cover the BMPCC pocket camera's sensor without vignetting. If the lens was designed to cover a smaller-than-S16 size sensor, then it'll vignette on the BMPCC. Or, if the lens was designed to cover a larger-than-S16 size sensor, the lens' FOV will be cropped.

Aside from sensor size and image circle issues, there are C-to-MFT lens mount adapters available from a wide variety of vendors. These only adapt the lens mount itself; they don't affect the image circle (the adapters don't contain optics).

According to AbelCine, the BMPCC's S16 sensor image circle diameter is approx. 18.1mm:
