If you select your OS and your product on the Support Page, there's an "Archived drivers" link beneath the most recent firmware. You'll be able to download old firmware versions there.

This is what I did to downgrade from 1.3 back to 1.2:

uninstall all that Black Magic software from your computer, reboot, install the software-package v. 1.2, reboot, connect your BMC via USB, start the software and the camera, then you get a prompt that the BMC is not up-to-date, hit update or install or whatever it says and it overwrites 1.3 with firmware 1.2.

Did you dump just the blackmagic cinema camera utility?
