Ultrascope not working

PostSun May 12, 2013 10:39 am

I have a MBP 15 inch and a Cinema Display TB.
When I launch Ultrascopes it says that it can't open it because there's not 19201080 resolution on the screens, I don't get it, it goes way beyond that. What can I do about this?

I have a 15-inch Late 2011 MacBook Pro. UltraScope will only work in "windowed" mode - not full screen. This means I only get two displays - not four. This makes sense though, as the maximum resolution my screen can do is 1680 x 1050. I assume you're in the same boat.

As far as I know, Ultrascope ONLY works on the "main screen" - not an external monitor. So if you want to get it working on your Cinema Display - try making the external monitor the "main screen", by putting the dock and menu on it and see if that helps. Or close your MacBook Pro so the monitor turns off any ONLY use the external display.
