Unregulated power question

I am planning to use a Switronix Battery plate with 2 unregulated 11-17V dtap outputs with the bmcc. I want to connect the camera and an alphatron evf to the same battery. I know Bmcc accept different power inputs, but what will happen if I connect 6.8-12V dependant alphtron evf to an unregulated 11-17V dtap output?
