Help! Monitor can't receive signal from BMCC

Hi, does anyone can help me solve this problem ?

my Ikan VL5 Monitor (Manufacturer Part Number: VL5-KIT-E6) shows "unsupported" when I connect it into a SDI-HDMI converter which receives the signal from the SDI output in my BMCC.
