Lenses for pocket and cinema camera?

Hi all - apologies if my question is naive as I am new to cinematography having come from an audio background!

I have ordered a pocket cinema camera and am looking to buy some appropriate lenses. However, I am anticipating purchasing the 2.5 cinema camera or higher at some stage in the future. I was wondering are there lenses that I could buy for the pocket camera that would also fit the cinema camera?

Thanks!

An example of a type of lens that can be used with both a MFT lens mount camera (such as the BMPCC pocket) and an EF lens mount camera (such as the BMCC-EF) -- via relatively inexpensive lens mount adapters -- are old Nikkor lenses originally designed for use with SLR 135-format ("full frame") still film cameras. See:

Lenses designed for MFT can't be adapted for use on the EF mount. Lenses designed for the EF mount can be used on a MFT camera via fairly expensive adapters.

Other combinations are possible. In general, lenses designed to "cover" a APS-C size sensor image circle or larger can be used with the smaller sensors in the BMCC & BMPCC camera, especially fully-manual lenses, via appropriate lens mount adapters. See also:
