¿Yoke for the Blackmagic Design 17'' SmartView HD Monitor?

PostSat May 25, 2013 12:18 am

Greetings, I would like to know the perfect Yoke for the Blackmagic Design 17'' SmartView HD Studio Monitor to mount it on a C-Stand, and where to buy it. I have been searching for a compatible Yoke for the SmartView HD Studio Monitor for a while. It seems to me that the ikan YK17 Monitor Yoke is compatible, but still not sure. I would like to know of a brand Yoke, not a DIY please. Thanks for the answers.

These are rack mountable monitors, hence the designated holes on the sides,
you could look at http://www.creativevideo.co.uk/index.ph ... cstand_001

or do a search for 17" rack mount to c-stand adapter.

Thanks, I'll consider those products, still, I want to know a real good Yoke solution for field monitoring, avoiding Racks and Brackets. It seems that the ikan YK17 Monitor Yoke it's the best solution. but I'm not totally sure if the screw holes will fit and the Yoke be able to support the SmartView HD Monitor weight. If anyone has this combination, or better, it'll be nice to know the pros and cons. Thanks again Darryl Gregory, much apreciated.

That's great, I really would like to see the photos. I also would like you to tell me ¿How has it been working for you, is it the best buy? Thanks Antonio J Garcia, cheers.

I thank Antonio J Garcia for sharing his experience and pictures of the SmartView HD monitor with the ikan Yoke, which were sent to my mail. I'm sure that the ikan YK17 Monitor Yoke it is the best option, well there could be more Monitor Yokes, but personally I rather this one.

I cheer the persons who see this thread and welcome them to post their photos or videos of the Blackmagic SmartView Monitors Yoke, Rack or Bracket sets; everything with informational or entertainment purposes.

Thanks.
