BMPCC 4k random clicks on the monitor

Good day. There was a strange trouble.
Shot a video from a tripod on the H card in the room.
And at one moment, without touching the camera, the monitor itself began to press menu items, having reached formatting the card. I abruptly turned off the camera and after switching on there was no breakdown. But it was very dangerous!
Who faced? How to treat?
Thx!

Here's a review from a few months ago::

He mentioned the same behaviour. So is this (still) an issue?
What firmware are you using?

I have the latest firmware 6.2.1. I also learned another person from my city with the same problem. He said that it manifests itself when the battery is less than 50%.
This is terrible and not very stable.

Hello there,

I had a similar problem. During shooting a live interview the display started to randomly having a life of its own, tapping through the menue so fast, I even couldn't press an escape button to prevent further problems. I was lucky to have a second monitor on top of it otherwise I would not have been able to see my image anymore. After 15 minutes of recording time suddenly it randomly changed the audio level to 0 and I didn't have sound recorded anymore. This was really a bad situation.
I haven't found anybody yet who could help me with that. Has someone found a solution to this?
My firmware is 6.2.1.

Best, Christoph

I contacted the support on the black magic website but I haven’t received an answer yet.
