Hi attached you can find my log files, in 2 zip files, one when resolve was stuck and the other after I terminated the task with task manager. All this started to happen after an installation of new Windows 10 update. I have removed the previous version of Resolve, and installed a fresh one, but this keeps happening. I hope you could help me.

Your system only has 8GB of RAM which does not meet our suggested minimum requirements for Resolve 17. But it still might work to some extent.

The more problematic area is the Vega 10 iGPU that's part of your Ryzen 7 CPU. I don't know that it's good enough to run Resolve. I don't know that it's not. We have no way to test that.

There does appear to be a newer Vega 10 on the Huawei site for your Matebook D15 system:

https://consumer.huawei.com/cn/support/ ... book-d-15/

It's what they are calling the HUAWEI_MateBook_D_15_Monitor_19.11.19.1

That 19.11.19 driver appears newer than the 19.10.30 driver you currently have installed. Maybe it will work better with Resolve.

It might also be helpful if you could send a Windows System Information .NFO file. Open the Windows System Information app, and select File - Save to create the .NFO file.
