Detect Scene Cuts doesn't work with proxies

The detect scene cuts feature only works if the original clips are available. If using proxies only (and the originals are not connected) then trying to use detect scene cuts in a timeline will not work. No error message either, just nothing happens. It's as if Resolve just can't see the clip. So for example if you're using Blackmagic Cloud and editors are only syncing proxy files then this part of the software is unavailable to them.

This is in Resolve 18.6.6 but I haven't seen it mentioned in the release notes for v19 either.
