2 different keycap versions for advanced panel

PostThu May 23, 2024 3:55 pm

Hi, I'm wondering why 2 different versions of the keycaps exist.

Does it actually make a difference which one I choose? I'm asking this because the one to SN 10831875
is not available and pricier.

The new generation keycaps support the palettes and color controls in the current version of Resolve and are designed to allow ongoing updates.

The original version still works, but doesn’t have selections for newer features from the last few years.

Hi Peter,

thanks for the reply.

There appear to be 2 versions of the new v2 keycaps, or is one of them the old and the other the new?

The website states, one of them is for advanced panels up to SN 10831875 and the other starting from SN 10831875. My Panel has a 7 digit SN, so I assume I need the one that's up to SN 10831875. That version of the keycaps however, isn't readily available and costs 75€ more.

I just want to make sure I'm getting the correct ones.
