In 19 B4 I am logged into my frame.io. I can see it in the media tab on the top with sources and browse my frame.io. But when I go to Deliver tab and bring up where to export to, it opens a frame.io window and it never shows me any folders to pick where it goes. Just empty and I have to cancel out.
I don't have a way to test shared teams. But I wonder if that means you don't have permission to write to the shared locations? That would explain why they could be seen on the Media page and not on the Deliver page.
It is enabled already. I could send you some screen grabs if that would help? I just can't post these to a public forum. If you email me I can respond showing more detail.
Did you guys figure this out? I am having the same issue. I can see the Frame.io volume mounted in the Media Page but the volume is empty, no folders inside...
It's likely because you have opted in to Frame.io "version 4" ... and I'm afraid version 4 is not natively supported by DaVinci Resolve, nor is there any commitment from BMD that they will ever add such support.
Hopefully Frame.io will release their own "workflow integration" extension for Resolve, as they did for Premiere and as they do for Final Cut Pro.

Hey Timothy, yes, sounds like your issue predates V4 ... Tony's post above ("I can see the Frame.io volume mounted in the Media Page but the volume is empty, no folders inside...") suggests he has opted in to V4.
