Keyframe editor popout is much bigger than monitor!!

There seems to be a bug with the display of the KFE on my 3 monitor system, see this youtube video, the KFE is way bigger than one monitor, almost taking up all 3 monitors sometimes... and it changes size randomly it seems... and cannot be resized at all...
