H265 Files offline

HELP! My h265 files show MEDIA OFFLINE and when I import them into a brand new project they appear as sound files only. I cannot downgrade the project files back to 19.4 and now I'm stuck and cannot finish my project that's urgent.

Sounds like you "upgraded" to the Free version by mistake.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

The free version doesn't support 10bit h265 on Windows which is the normal reason why you only see the audio. When you download make sure Studio is in the download title.
