H264 Media Won't Relink or Replace Correctly.

I recently moved a folder containing everything for a project I am working on to a different drive and upon opening my project file, I discovered that none of my video files and audio files won't relink. I've tried relinking them and replacing them but nothing works. The files worked the day before but they don't work now.

What exactly happens when you try?

It tries to relink, says it did it then it just doesn't. Then I try to re-link again and it shows double the media files it's trying to relink. What is interesting though is, copying that project file and relinking in the copy worked perfectly.
