After upgrading to DaVinci Resolve 20 Studio Beta, my rendered video files (same settings used in version 19) export without issue and play fine locally. However, when uploading to Frame.io it stuck the files get stuck in processing and never complete.
This issue does not exist in version 19 Studio. As a temporary workaround, I export the project in Resolve 20 Studio Beta, then use a second machine running Resolve 19 Studio to re-export the final file, which then uploads and processes perfectly.
This seems to be an encoding or metadata issue introduced in the export process of Resolve 20 Beta. I hope the development team can investigate and resolve this, as it impacts workflow significantly.
This is more like tech informtion for Resolve Development Team which hopefully they can fix. I am stuck for over 6 days with this issue now.
