I am not logged into any Internet Accounts (other than Blackmagic Cloud) in the DaVinci Preferences, but whenever I render a file, it shows a "Upload Failed" or "Waiting for upload" in the Render Queue (depending on the Review before Upload setting).
My Render preset also doesn't have the "Upload directly" option.
Why does this happen and how could I fix it?
