Resolve stuck on "loading project setting"

I tried
1:uninstall control panal
2:delete config.dat
3:block OFX file path
4:disable intel driver

I have this problem, have faith. My Resolve takes ONE HOUR to load, initially I gave up but after leaving it humming away it finally loaded. It seems to function correctly once loaded, you just need to plan for a one hour load time before starting work..

I turned off the internet before o start davinci.
It helped me and a colleague.
I think it has something to do with the cloud.
Once it's started u can turn on the WiFi again and after that it runs normal again.
