Something weird going on with Cloud syncing

My project is behaving strange regarding syncing.

Right now it is stuck on Queued for Upload on some files --

Also it seems that none of the media is showing up as synced in the Bin Metadata. Though the path to the Cloud project is there, and the media is on Blackmagic Cloud as well.

I've tried doing the "Reset Sync State" function. Didn't do anything.

checking back in about this.....

why would only some clips seemingly chosen arbitrarily be showing as synced?
