Can't Update Fairlight Presets

I made a change to my fairlight rack of effects, and I would like to resave this as the same preset. I open the Presets Library (bottom of which is shown in screenshot), select the preset to overwrite... but I can't. The button is grey; this happens consistently.

What info do you need? I scoured the FAQ but can't find post requirements.

Which Preset type is selected? Please include a screenshot with more of the UI represented.

Is an Audio Track or source Track selected?

I realized the workaround is to select an audio track and then it works. D'oh, but weird that it requires a selection.

Is this a 7+ year old issue?
