Resolve 17 Training Video -- How did they do this?

I'm watching the Resolve training video from the BM website and they do a very cool mouse highligher with a zoom in feature.

Does anyone know what add-on or plugin they used to do this?

Pro Mouse app or similar apps will do that.

Aweseome, thank you. I wasn't sure if it was some type of complex Fusion item or a 3rd party product.

Some screen recording apps have that ability built-in.
