Detect Scene Cut in Clip

1. Detect Scene Cut in Clip (Basic UI theory)
2. Forward on All Tracks -> (without Playhead Next. After Razer!)

Fwiw its worth, my guess is Hyo's asking that the Timeline menu > Detect Scene Cuts function should be expanded to work on specific timeline clip instance targets via direct selection ie a single clip selection and/or a large group selection (including a selection using 'forward on all tracks')... at the moment it only work on timeline ranges and ignores direct selection.
